The roll-formed 5454-H aluminum rim features Bullite's proprietary RIB technology, delivering 30% more structural strength for added rigidity in high-load, high-impact conditions. - Friction Stir Welded Construction
The disc and rim are permanently bonded using friction stir welding, an aerospace-grade process that produces a seamless joint with no heat-affected zones or structural weakness. - Forged Beadlock Ring with Heli-Coil Inserts
